Kadar Nadi Latihan

KNL = KNR + I (KNM – KNR)
KNL = Kadar Nadi Latihan
KNR = Kadar Nadi Rehat
I = Kadar Intensiti Latihan
KNM = Kadar Nadi Maksimum (220 – umur)

*CONTOH PENGIRAAN KADAR NADI LATIHAN (KNL)
 Katakan umur pelajar adalah 17 tahun,
 KNR = 60 denyutan seminit
 KNM = 220 – 17
            = 203
KNL pada kadar I = 70% - 80%,
KNL (70%) = KNR + I (KNM – KNR)
                    = 60 + 70% (203 – 60)
                    = 60 + 70% (143)
                    = 60 + 100.1
                    = 160.1 denyutan seminit

KNL (80%) = KNR + I (KNM – KNR)
                    = 60 + 80% (203-60)
                    = 60 + 80% (143)
                    = 60 + 114.4
                    = 174.4 denyutan seminit
